How Does Hypnotherapy Help Anxiety?

Hypnotherapy can manage anxiety by targeting thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to it. Hypnosis integrates new strategies and positive messages into the unconscious mind, making them more accessible when needed. Clients often report feeling more relaxed and in control after sessions.

How can I schedule an appointment with you?

Scheduling an appointment is easy, you can make a booking here.

Do you offer online or in-person sessions?

Yes, I offer both online and in-person sessions to accommodate your preferences and location needs. When making a booking, you can select either in person or via Zoom.

What can I expect during a session?

You can expect a safe and supportive environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we'll work collaboratively to identify goals and develop strategies to help you overcome challenges and achieve emotional wellbeing.

How many sessions will I need?

Generally, between 6 to 10 sessions is the average number required for lasting change, however this is entirely dependent on the individual circumstances of the client. You may require less, or more.

What qualifications and experience do you have?

I hold a Master's degree in Counselling, a Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy and am registered with the Australian Counselling Association. With over 15 years of experience in education, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. You can read more about me here.
