My journey to holistic therapy began after years of battling overwhelming anxiety. Through my own healing process, I discovered the transformative power of addressing the mind-body connection and the role of the autonomic nervous system in regulating emotions.

1. If you have questions, you can book a 15 minute call so we can discuss a plan for you.
2. Book your first session online. Choose between an online session via Zoom or an in-person session in Braeside, Victoria.
3. Fill out the intake form before your first session to save time in our first session.
4. Attend your first appointment.
You can expect a safe and supportive environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we'll work collaboratively to identify goals and develop strategies to help you overcome challenges and achieve emotional wellbeing.
Our sessions will run for 50 minutes, each tailored to suit your needs. You will be coached, alongside of the use of nervous system balancing techniques, EFT tapping and clinical hypnotherapy. At the end of each session, you will leave with the expectation that you will listen back to the recordings provided and participate in the App led nervous system balancing tools.
This program is guided by evidence-based techniques and expertise in holistic therapy. As a qualified counsellor with a Master's degree in Counselling, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to support you on your journey to ease your anxiety. Additionally, my advanced training in coaching, clinical hypnotherapy, strategic psychotherapy, and EFT tapping further enhances my ability to provide effective support tailored to your needs. Hypnotherapy can manage stress by targeting thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to it. Hypnosis integrates new strategies and positive messages into the unconscious mind, making them more accessible when needed.
Clients often report feeling more relaxed and in control after sessions.
1. You will not only better understand your nervous system and your body's response to stress, but you will also be equipped with a toolkit of balancing techniques to continue using at home.
2. You will also have the App to continue using until the end of three months from sign-up.
Strategic psychotherapy is a form of therapy that focuses on the present and future, rather than the past. I aim to help my clients to identify and change problematic underlying patterns of behaviour, thoughts and emotions that have been holding them back from achieving specific goals in their life. I focus on how you do things, not why. By gaining this understanding of how, you can begin to make rapid changes.
My aim is that you ‘do’ better in life, not just ‘feel’ better. The power is in the action. A huge benefit of strategic psychotherapy is that it is a short-term and solution-focused form of therapy, with results generally seen within 4 to 10 sessions (depending on the individual client’s needs). Unlike other therapies, I intend on seeing you do better in life in a very short period of time.

Either! You can book an in-person session with me if the location of Braeside is convenient for you. However, evidence has shown that online therapy is equally as effective as in-person. If you prefer an online session, this will be done over Zoom. You can choose the location when you make a booking. You will just need to make sure you have a quiet and private space for the duration of the session time.
As a qualified Nervous System Fitness Coach, I use the NeuroFit App. You will be granted three months access to this app when you join the program. I will assist you to get started in the App and show you how to use it. The App includes tracking of your heart rate variability, provides guidance over the best techniques to use and guides you to understand how to identify the different nervous system states and your body's response.
As a registered counsellor, I do not offer rebates through Medicare or Mental Health Care Plans. If you wish to use these services, please contact your GP for a psychologist referral.
Yes. The total price is $650. The first session payment will be $200. When you book sessions 2,3 and 4, you will pay $150 each upon booking. Payment upon booking is required.
You can book a 15 minute phone call before your first session to get your questions answered. We can chat and work out a plan that will suit your needs. You can find the link here.
When cancelled within 24 hours, an $80 fee applies. This program runs over 6 consecutive weeks. All sessions must be completed within 6 weeks of the first appointment.
