As an Accredited Strategic Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist, I can help you manage your anxiety and channel your thoughts into positive actions.
We will begin with balancing your nervous system so that your body feels safe, and then work on your unconscious thought patterns that are keeping you stuck.
My techniques are tried, tested, and proven. We can address past issues if needed, but our primary focus will be on changing current behaviours and thought patterns for a more useful and fulfilling life.

1. If you have questions, you can book a 15 minute call so we can discuss a plan for you.
2. Book your first session online. Choose between an online session via Zoom or an in-person session in Braeside, Victoria.
3. Fill out the intake form before your first session to save time in our first session.
4. Attend your first appointment.
You can expect a safe and supportive environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we'll work collaboratively to identify goals and develop strategies to help you overcome challenges and achieve emotional wellbeing.
Hypnotherapy can manage anxiety by targeting thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to it. Hypnosis integrates new strategies and positive messages into the unconscious mind, making them more accessible when needed.
Clients often report feeling more relaxed and in control after sessions.
Generally, between 6 to 10 sessions is the average number required for lasting change, however this is entirely dependent on the individual circumstances of the client. You may require less, or more.

In addition to clinical hypnosis and strategic psychotherapy, I am also trained in using EFT tapping, somatic movement, coaching and counselling. Depending on your situation and preferences, we may use a combination of these to get you the best outcome.
You can book an in-person session with me if the location of Braeside is convenient for you. However, evidence has shown that online therapy is equally as effective as in-person. If you prefer an online session, this will be done over Zoom. You can choose the location when you make a booking. You will just need to make sure you have a quiet and private space for the duration of the session time.
My approach is grounded in a holistic understanding of mental health and wellbeing. I believe in addressing the root causes of issues while also empowering clients with practical tools and insights for sustainable change.
As a registered counsellor, I do not offer rebates through Medicare or Mental Health Care Plans. If you wish to use these services, please contact your GP for a psychologist referral.
