My journey to holistic therapy began after years of battling overwhelming anxiety. Through my own healing process, I discovered the transformative power of addressing the mind-body connection and the role of the autonomic nervous system in regulating emotions.
Now, I'm here to share these tools and techniques with you, empowering you to experience the same sense of relief and empowerment that I have.
The program runs over six consecutive weeks. There are four 50 minute one-to-one sessions with me either in-person or via Zoom. Plus you receive ongoing support through recordings to listen to and daily somatic balances via the NeuroFit App.
Our sessions will run for 50 minutes, each tailored to suit your needs. You will be coached, alongside of the use of nervous system balancing techniques, EFT tapping and clinical hypnotherapy. At the end of each session, you will leave with the expectation that you will listen back to the recordings provided and participate in the App led nervous system balancing tools.
Between sessions, you will be asked to listen back to the hypnosis recording, preferably everyday, and engage in 3 minutes of nervous system balance exercises morning and evening.
This program is guided by evidence-based techniques and expertise in holistic therapy. As a qualified counsellor with a Master's degree in Counselling, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to support you on your journey to ease your anxiety. Additionally, my advanced training in coaching, clinical hypnotherapy, strategic psychotherapy, and EFT tapping further enhances my ability to provide effective support tailored to your needs. As a qualified Nervous System Fitness Coach, I use the NeuroFit App. You will be granted three months access to this app when you join the program. I will assist you to get started in the App and show you how to use it. The App includes tracking of your heart rate variability, provides guidance over the best techniques to use and guides you to understand how to identify the different nervous system states and your body's response.
Yes. The total price is $650. The first session payment will be $200. When you book sessions 2, 3 & 4, you will pay $150 each upon booking. Payment upon booking is required.
You can choose to have your sessions either in-person at the Thrive Wellbeing Clinic in Braeside, Victoria, or online via Zoom. You can select your preference upon booking.

When cancelled within 24 hours, an $80 fee applies. This program runs across 6 consecutive weeks. All sessions must be completed within 6 weeks of the first appointment.
